Responsibilities included strategic brand positioning, annual and long-term brand strategy, in-store marketing, creative development, customer acquisition, social strategy, loyalty programs, sponsorships, product launches, and events spanning traditional marketing and digital spaces. During this time I leveraged agencies, partners, internal teams, corporate salons, and franchisees to execute a holistic marketing plan for the brand managing the execution, communication, and measurement of marketing programs.
Co-planned and managed a $10.3M marketing budget ensuring on-time and on-budget execution
Implemented a self-marketing guide for stylists, educating them on how to build their business
Coordinated corporate initiatives-managed overall strategy, creative direction, production, distribution, and communication to field and salon management
Concepted, directed design, and oversaw printing and fulfillment for monthly in-store marketing collateral for over 8 salon divisions (2,500+ salons)
Lead weekly team status meetings with Creative, Copywriting, Print Byers, and Production/Traffic teams to provide direction and management on 75-140 active jobs while ensuring timely delivery of materials to the salons
Co-developed corporate brand identity guidelines for Regis Salons and Regis Corporation
Co-managed an exclusive magazine called “The Hair Book” - working with an outside agency to develop a quarterly issues which included editorial direction and content, photoshoots, ad sales, magazine website development and content, oversaw production and distribution and final communication to the salons
